Apson's medical division commercialized external Cardiac Pacemaker designed by SBMT in India. SBMT was founded by Dr. Kalam. This Life Saving Product is made indigenously in Bangalore since '98, is the 1st cardiac pacemaker made in India. It was approved by AIIMS, CARE, Manipal etc. It is competitively priced for Indian market particularly military hospitals.
Apson Software Int'l Inc. a US based placement company was acquired in '98 by California company for its rich 30+ developers experienced in RDBMS, Oracle & Gupta SQL.
Apson promoted Gupta suite of products, SQA, & Rational QA products & GIS solutions in India. Its client were ABB, Shaw Wallace, ITDC, ITC, Deutsche, MICO, Widia, etc. TDICI invested Rs.1.5M as venture capital in '93 one of the first iin Bangalore. Apson & HMT jointly developed MIS for Military Hospital of Secunderabad. Apson acquired the business of Inventa Software India Ltd. founded by IIT/Harvard graduate in '94.
Apson developed MIS for Secundrabad Military hospital in partnership with HMT & modified it to suit a UK clinic.
Apson facilitated acquisition of Smart Yantra (P) Ltd. embedded s/w company by Accelwork Inc. California.
